No meter logic or meters on 4064 G. Ideas?

I’ve lost all meter logic and all meters on the 4K G. Plasma meters, but it’s the logic on the master section meter bank that has me worried. Has anyone had this problem before? Is there something underneath the keyboard that could be the culprit or should I just focus on the 74 card?

Unlikely the problem's under the keyboard. First thing to check is if all voltage rails are present on the three cards responsible for the bargraph system. I have seen the BICC connector distributing the rails fail.
