No Display On Console Computer Screen

Hey guys,

Came in today and noticed that our computer screen was blank. Computer seems to be operating fine. You can hear all of the beeps and the console operates well. We even restarted the computer by typing in "begin" and it seemed to work. Or at least it sounded like it.

We're assuming our video card possibly died.

Anyone else come across this issue or have any advice on how to fix this?

Have you tried an external monitor?
To know if its the console monitor or the computer.

My internal monitor were  dead and it was a broken voltregulator inside the  monitor.
Fixed that and then it worked for a month than it starting to randomly be black again,
found a bad BP 10uf cap and replaced it.
Now it's been working fine for a couple of months.

Yeah, tried an external monitor. Used an HDMI to plug it into our desktop & got the same problem & screen. Also plugged in another screen directly to the primary slot & got nothing.

Don't think the screen went bad, we just got it not too long ago.

Just seems like no display data's getting anywhere.

Then it most likely the 622112E1 Card.
Time to pull out the scope and extender card.

Two fuses on video card at the motherboard side hard to see....pull card.
