Noise coming from filters low and high cut

Hypestudio:
Any of you had this problem with Duality : very LOUD low noise coming from the low /high filter on several channels , if you move the filter a bit , it dissapears...if you turn it again , it comes back , if you turn further , it dissapears again , on low cut...
