Cleaning Fader Top Plates

Does anybody have a trick for cleaning the fader top plates? Mine are really grubby. I was hoping for a...... "take them all off, put them in a pillow case and run them through the washing machine" type solution !!

Tonemiester:
I used an Ultrasonic machine to clean them as well as all of the fader caps and knobs when I refurbished my console. Worked great.
