Myke, don't miss out on the Edge Conns, doubt they'll re-stock after the 51 are gone.

Other connectors:

Male Dsubs, I've talked to Jim, and he's going to look out his stock for Males with ribbon connector termination for S5, S3 and S4.

Female Dsubs, for audio connections.

20 way IDC headers PCB mount S5, S3 & S4 on the backplane and one extra S17 if you need the full 8 VCA groups: Got a big bag of these, will send you whats needed.

Hey bro, I ordered 6, about all I could afford at the moment.
$16.88 US each. DAMN!!!! $112 total with shipping.
We need to find a cheaper place.lol...
Hopefully Jim will have the others, plus I need to see if he has any scribble channel scrips for the 1st bucket. It never stops once you start. This is worse than a crack addiction.
Hehe
Thanks dude.

Extremly impressed, as always! I also thought about mixing meters, but I love the classic look of "VU only". 2-bus VUs of course always hammering the needle LoL so technically it does totally make sense to use a pair of these instead.

Got an idea for you below... 45 Euro 5" Display thats available on eBay. Connects as a second monitor to my Mac Pro. SSL-Logo is a Desktop Backround. Let's me switch off the DAW screen at times and open an the Arrangement or mixer window on the onboard display.

This is it:
http://www.ebay.de/itm/5inch-800x480-LCD-Car-Reverse-Rearview-Video-AV-Monitor-Camera-LCD-Color-Screen-/190974108802?pt=US_Rear_View_Monitors_Cams_Kits&hash=item2c76f1a482

They are shipping directly from Singapore, takes a few weeks, but I'm very happy with the purchase. They have a number of small screens intended for cars and this one works great - runs on an original Apple DVI -> Video Adapter (Cinch Connection).

With none of the new solutions on the horizon, it’s time to get a computer again, this will be my third :-)

 Computer is here!

The Pile of Multiplexers

Recapping :)

Grading the Multiplexers in to A, B and C piles

Fitting and Addressing each module:

Setting up the computer:

Boom!!! Begbroke! but.. were Black and White :(

Konnektor Arrives from Werner :)

After much days fooling and buying one RGB to S-Video converter box.. got eBay shopping for a slightly older Sony 23" LCD TV,  it works first time :-)

Colour minus the Red! Mmmm..

Jumpered the Red output of the TR computer direct into the TV to prove it’s a faulty Video Distribution Card

Cabling to the machine room

Card sorted,,Red is back!!!!

Setting up Konnektor, quick and fast setup, brilliant bit of kit.

First Arrangement in.. and PT’s drives like a tape machine (my preferred way)

TR working all channels, first go:
