Hi all. Someones asked me about putting the listen mic limiter outputs on the patchbay, I know this was a standard thing on later consoles but has anyone modded an older console for this? I imagine SSL worked out a proper way of doing this, wondered if anyone had the paperwork/diagrams for it?
Second mod they have asked for is an external sidechain input for the quad compressor. I'm thinking of using the back bus insert return for this, and do some logic switching with the compressor in/out switch to just use the rear signal to the sidechain. Anyone ventured down this path before?
