I'm currently having an issue where I am unable to monitor my return signal on the large fader for one of my channels strips.
Its a 6000E series desk; currently I can monitor the return signal in mix mode and record mode (on the small fader) on this channel, it just dosen't pass signal when I flip it to VCA to monitors.
I have narrowed the issue to the VCA/ Overload card by swapping cards, I've also swapped all the socketed Op-amps and tested all diode and resistors for dead shorts. Does this sound like it may be an issue with the VCA chip itself? just seeing if anyone else has encountered this issue.
