hi guy ..If I for example assign ch1-2 to vca 2 ,the gain is intermittent..but If I assign channel 1 and 2 to Stereo , the channel 1-2 these work perfectly

So any fader assigned to group 2 has issues? What about the other groups and channels?

hi thanks for the reply ....everything else works fine ... it's only when you assign any fader to vca 2

It sounds like group 2 has a fault with the 5 volt control voltage either at the source (20 card?)
or has a short anywhere in the desk! You might be able to track it down by disconnecting
the the ribbon that strings all the fader back plane together first at both side of the center
section one at a time then from the furthest outside buckets in. You might also try
bypassing the send and return to computer for the groups with bypass plug.

hi Thanks for your help ... I found two open resistors and change them (82E20 card) I'm in test time
