Nooo!!! Not fair! :-) :-) :-)
Seriously, this looks awesome.

Wonder how they break the 32 ch hui barrier? I needed to do a pretty funky twist to extend 4 ports.

Here is the info I got from my email to them:

The automation software is your DAW, the interface as been optimized
with Protools, but I will work with any HUI compatible DAW.  The mix
information is stored in the Ptools/DAW session.

As for what we call the "Controls Position Recall" (CPR...) not
TotalRecall (a SSL resgistered name...or movie), all the info is stores
on a midi track in the Ptools.  More info will be available as the week
progresses for the 137th AES where the prodcut will be presented

MSRP/List prices for the 32 channel system is $4295.00(us).
 Rackmount 2U version is +$275.00

Production as started, we are expecting to deliver the production units
by the end of the month.

Regarding the 32 and + systems. Our system is designed around a modular "Master unit-Slave unit" sub assembly. The basic system is based on a the following configuration: One master to "up o" 4 slaves configuration.  Each slave can address 8 channels.  This means that we can build systems of any configurations 8/16/24/32 channels. Over this (we call this a 32+ configuration), a second sub Master unit is needed, we can then add more slave to meet the requested configuration to up to 64 channels.

At this time, I'm not able to give pricing on a 32+ configuration

It's more than $ 8K for a 48 Channel Console. And Total Recall software would have to be written by a 3rd Party (integrated into the DAW).

Pew. It's comforting that our system still appear to be the cheapest option around :-)
If you unhook the bells and whistles from the CV96 you'll have a HUI <-> 8 channel for $2700.
$485 for each additional 8 channel up to 96 channels.
$295 for the Recall dongle.

With that said. HUI isn't your most loyal friend.
When pro tools is under stress it cuts down on hui precision.
Of course most rides aren't that timing critical.
But still, ..kind of why I wanted a stand alone cpu. At least as an option.

Looking at the presentation, 100% confident the THD isn’t for me.

No disrespect to the product.

Looks cool. The thing I'm not getting is that it looks to be automating pt faders, which jacks with the levels hitting the console and any outboard comps etc.  Also not getting how this would work with center section grouping, which is, like, huge.  Am I not getting it?  Any enlightenment would be appreciated.
