Hello Everybody,
we are very happy to announce that Gareth Connor and CML Audio are working on the Centre section 651 extender cards.

It is a very happy moment as it is a very much needed asset to anybody that owns an SSL.

This is just to confirm that after discussions with Mattia over the past couple of days, I am starting working on the design of a set of extenders for the 651 cards.

The new cards will be to the same dimensional specs as the originals. The 34-way ribbon cable connectors will be to the same pin configuration as the original cards, allowing the old and the new to be able to work together. In keeping with the spirit of the SSL Mixed family, the boards will carry the SSL Mixed logo.

This is great news!! ;)

If you need I can also take a set of photos and pinout reference from the extender set for the 6000 section. These are pretty rare to find and are needed to mantain the 6000 part of the center section.

Mattia,

Let me suggest we have a one stop "shop"/page/sticky for these items? I predict soon we'll start to loose these threads among the rest. With a one stop page we could have listed all the items for SSLMixed brand and who's selling them.

So far we have your mounting brackets, my ultimation extenders and now the new center section extenders by CML Audio.

The portfolio will only grow I predict... ;)
