I'll start us off.

1. Bar Graph/List Cue
2. List Cue
3. Name Here End Mix
4. Safe
5. The Wave
6. Master Fader
7. Status Lock
8. List Mix
9. Setup Mix Here
10. Revise mix -.5
11. Revise mix +.5
12. Cue to Here -.1
13. At Cue Z Join
14. Goto Title

The only I have was a suggestion of Andy, F1 goto title (start of the mix)
