SSL Daughter Card names? **SOLVED**
« on: February 08, 2013, 03:47:43 PM »
Hi folks!

I'm in middle of something where I would like to know correct way to mark different cards at 4K console.
For example 292 EQ is marked at schematics "82292" but 242 EQ is "82E242".

I would like to know what is most correct and/or most common way to mark them?

Thanks in advance,
Paavo

Lots of extra letters a numbers got added down the line.

Let's say, the '27' card, it's the 651 Compressor Time constants. It could be marked:  82E27 or 6082027ENP, in both cases these cards are pin compatible and do the same job, just built maybe 15 years apart.

For me it will be a '27 card' and in the tech world, that's the term for that card. :)
