New VU Led Design

Hi friends,

I found a Greek tech guy who designed a pcb board (similar to Recycled audio) led construction for the VU meters. The board seems to be very good quality also the construction. He uses 4 super led in "Orange" colour and i already order 48 pieces for my 4k. Also he use some stabilization for the 18+V

He told me that he started to do this for the EU owners to save the Custom Taxes  from UK.  Prices if i remember well, starts from 8 euros (per piece) and he will do discounts and combine multiple orders ect. I believe this is a good solution for the EU ssl owners.

Hi , sorry i was very busy lately in the studio and saw today your reply.
I found his details by a friend technician in Athens. As far as i know he dont have a website.
But i can send you his email and phone.

If he give me the permission to share his details in public i will post it here.

Ps: we already use his pcb-kit and our VUs on SSL looking amazing!

This looks like an excellent fix for those of us needing to re-bulb the VU meters.
I have a 4064G+ and a 4072G both needing VU lighting.
It would be amazing if you could put me in touch with maker of this.

I have a bunch of parts of this typ,  a bolt on replacement.
