VU meter LED bulbs

Hi,

I found the easiest and cheapest way to replace original VU meter lamps with festoon LED lamps. I would want to share with all of you!

12V cheap 36mm long led lamps covered with yellow heat shrink and 470ohm resistors before ande after the lamp holders.

No issues after installed since 15 days ago.

There are also led light bulbs wich can handle up to 30vdc out of the box.
Does the resistor get hit?
