Hi,

I am liking for some plastic elbow standoffs that SSL used to mount the CF8203 Multiplex card to the logic board.

Its a set of 3 for each board so i am looking for 96 of them total if anyone has them for sale.

Please shoot me your contact info and price if you got them.

Hi guys,
I am currently working on this, should have a 3D model done next week or so.
From there it's then a matter of printing it, should not be too difficult.

Hi guys

This "replica" took my friends 3D printer 15 min in production.
I need 120 and some of you may need the same amount or more,
so I'm thinking what are the options, would it be better to have them moulded?

To understand correctly it took 15 mins to make one replica?

If so "wow"!

Yeah we are going to have to find a different way to make duplicates.

Especially for the quantities we all will need.

yes it took him 15 mins to make 1 replica

also, the plastic used in the 3D printer is not as soft, as the original.

so im afraid the self-tapping screws might break the replica´s

best

Maybe we can source out somehow where Solid State Logic got the originals made.

Because its a small quantity it may be tough, but i am sure there are companies that can do small quantities.

Also the other option is to get them made out of wood or a wood composite.

That way it could handle the screws.

I have put out 15 quotation requests between injection moulding and 3D printing, I should have a ball park figure by end of business today.

In the meantime I will start a thread/feeler asking the quantities you guys need.

This is made of very hard nylon with a 3D printer.
It is almost broken but will hold, we will try with some softer kind of plastic.

The guy who prints them, can do 12 replicas in 15 mins.

I will keep posting, untill its perfect :)
