4K G+ original LED in VU meters replacements

Hi

We have an ssl 4064g+ from 1994 with small multi LED vu bulbs. Some are burned out. It is 15vdc pair wired serial.

Do you guys know where to buy replacements for these?

Just to follow up:

Keith from recycled audio replied that they cannot get those anymore and implied that they are no good. I think we will try to custom fit a led strip since half of these are burned out. Did some testing already and Led strip looks promising. Have anybody done similar custom vu metering light?
