Hi

I know it has been some years since I last looked into motion worker and syncronizers and this thread. Now I am into a deep hole trying to get this stuff to work to understand what is possible.

The current hurdle is that I am looking into ES 1.11 and 1.12 synchronisers connected to motionworker and ssl g computer. A lot of stuff is working but my main issue now is that I only have a Motionworker PROM set v2 for ESbus and the option numbering and function scheme is different from the motionworker manual v5 I have. It seems v3 and v5 options are the same or similar. So if anyone have newer PROM data for motionworker marked ESbus or ES lock or ES 1.11 or 1.12 or Synchronet ES/2 please hit me up. Or if someone has the motion worker v2 manual and could snap a few pictures of the options number.

Of course if anyone need som other manual stuff or motionworker PROM data I have v5 for Adam smith and v3 for Lynx as well as the P2 prom v2.1 and v5.

Hi,

Do you know which op-amp on the 01 this replaces? I can probably work it out from that. It seems to be switching the gain of the op-amp which is a bit odd. I'm sure I knew what it did at the time...it has the feel that it might have been one of mine...

Hi Everyone,

You may have seen in a previous post that I am cutting down a 8080 to 8048 for my studio. That means I am selling my existing console which is a 4024G.

My lovely 4024 was purchased (via Peter Duncan now Mark1) off Peter Gabriel! Yes this is the cut down monster from Peters' Real World Studio. I have the original documentation to support that. I believe it was cut down by Alan Smart. The desk is in incredible cosmetic and working condition.

No issues currently as it in a commercial studio so it has been maintained. This is my baby and i have loved and cared for her!

- 24 Mono channels
- No computer. Jumpers are installed
- Left hand patch bay and 651 is mounted on the left
- All channels professionally re capped in 2022
- Spare channel
- All DL's for mic lines, lines to/from DAW, 64 user spots on patch bay that uses Canare. This cost about 3K USD alone.

I'm located in New Zealand but the price includes professional packing and cartage to LA, so all you need to do is arrange shipping from LA. I'm happy to look at other locations, and shippings costs all the way to you.

$25K USD

K. Think I already found the answer.  Definitely need the console     But this other thing about the gotek drives really interests me. Anybody do this already ?

Hi there.  Bought my ssl in oct24 and put directly into storage while moving. Seller stated computer was not working. Can i try to repair while not connected to console. I won’t be moving for a few more months. I’ve been cleaning the channels and faders in the meantime.  I also ordered the Mpower supply.  I guess I’ll go for the tangerine in the future but would like to get the original computer working. Really hoping to install by summer and would love for it to just work 🤞
