Title: SSL 4000G+ automation has no response when I move the faders

I have an SSL 4000G+. I Purchased it from Solid State Logic around 1998. It's in pretty good condition but when I go to set up Mix, The automation bar graph chart has no response when I move the faders. I think it's a problem with the SSL's computer card...I'm not too sure. I can't do a mix without the automation being unable to write, read, and follow. Let me know please!..Thank you

Do you have a total recall card in the computer? I had a similar problem when I removed my TR card from the computer. I had Desk Doctors make me a switch to put in line of the recall buss to enable automation.  I have my recall back and working my computer so I don't use that switch anymore.
