Title: 8K LCD Meter Repair

Hey guys,

We've got 8 LCD meters on our console that haven't worked or turned on since we got them. We really know nothing about them, but want to get them working. Just looking for some tips on where to start. Some voltages that could be read or any kind of information.

So looking on your website I see your SSL with a centre section of plasma meters. These are a standard high voltage meter that SSL put on consoles. NOT LCD. Getting them going is endless fun. Might even be as simple as turning on the high voltage switch on your power supply. Find a good SSL tech at your location and ask him to get them going.

Hello, I have all the info required to do this in my archive, I bought some 8k meters from Jim in about... 2013! They have a small control card, and a weird power supply arrangement , as they're really 5k meters.

But amazing they are.. far better than 4k Plasma's
