Title: Listen Mic "Trick"

I don't quite understand how to use the Listen Mic trick. I have an SSL 4040 G+. I took some pictures. Could you help me? Thank you!

Mic gain in center section. Plug a mic into listen mic patch point>>>>>patch out of listen mic to tape. Yea

Should be a page in the manual about it.
