Have you some idea where I can find potentiometer for recaping 32 4000 Channels ?
SSL Store is too expansive ...

Not quite sure what you mean here Pascal,
Recapping has to do with CAPACITORS,in which case any shop like Farnell or RS would have them

If you need to replace some potentiometers on a 4000 series console it's a different story...
if so Recycle audio in UK is the place to go...
