Title: 292 Mk1 EQ Mod
Post by: siegfriedmeier on April 05, 2025, 03:52:04 PM
Hey all!

There's a mention of a Mk1 mod to the 292 Pink EQ on this Abbey Road page, which I assume is to get rid of the variable Q factor of the 292 EQ (they say smily EQ, but I'm assuming it's referring to that?) - does anyone know what this mod is?

Thanks!

Indeed...I've reached out to a few other colleagues, I'll report back if I hear anything.

So, I've been told that this Mark1 mod was indeed done by a company called Mark 1:
