I’m looking for some guidance on reverting an SSL 611 channel fitted with the Film Pan option back to the standard stereo configuration.
The Film Pan board on this channel is damaged, and I’d prefer to remove/bypass it rather than repair it.
From what I understand, removing the Film Pan board isn’t quite plug-and-play — the pan-pot wiring/routing needs to be restored to the standard 611 arrangement, and there may also be jumpers/links that need to be changed.
Does anyone have documentation, photos, or experience showing exactly what needs to be rerouted or linked when converting a Film Pan-equipped 611 back to stock stereo?
Any guidance would be hugely appreciated.
