Title: what in the world does the ZE9047 card do

Ok so i recently came back from nashville, i picked up 8 G+ modules for my studios 6k, i have 16 more due to arrive. Just glancing at the module i notice a couple extra cards one is an afl pfl card and the other is the ze9047 card, can anyone tell me what that card does i cant wait for the schematics and docs to get here its killing me...lol

Are your channels are 8kGB? with the ST1 and ST2 mix bus (rather than the Quad/LRCS routing/pan?) If so the card must relate to these buses, as the ones here with Quad routing don't have that.

Other 8k options: E281 is the Quad Film Pan, E313 is the AFL/PFL

Hi Sin

the modules are 6k modules and they came out of a G+ console, module is a 611Gve. This card is in between the vca and the group card and above an afl/pfl card up near the edge connector . normally in that position i would see a line to meters mod or nothing at all, never seen this one and its peaked my curiosity.

The surface mount daughter card is defo the 'Balanced Line output Driver Hybrid"

yup its a balanced driver for the inserts...traced the sucker out
