Title: SSL 4000 G Dynamics Card LED stuck on

The bottom "3" Yellow LED is stuck on... I have swapped cards and the problem follows the card. I have done a complete recap on the card except the 6.8uf C9???

Quickly change T6 and T7 comparator IC’s to rule them out as the problem.

Then change T4

The voltage that illuminates the yellow LED's will be present at Pin 13 on T7. You could circuit trace this back.. but I'd rule out IC's first.
