Hi Guys,
Working through a problem here... I have a channel that seems to function normal in the test jig but only has sound through the small fader in the desk.
So, I have to press one of the A- B- C- MixBus switches on the top and then use the small fader to get anything out of the strip.
I also do not see any LEDs on the DYNAMICS card... even if I crank everything up
Thoughts?

You could cycle the power on the bucket.. see if that fixes the dynamics. Try re-seating the module in the console.

Sorry,
The CH IN LED comes on... just no "Signal is present" leds...
I have tried power it in and out... other channels work fine in the slot.

So other channels in that slot work ok? ..that would rule out any connectivity issues in the slot.
I've had dirty Dynamics and EQ switching stopping the audio path before. Personally, it would be on the extender, and I'd either use and scope or an audio probe, to see where the audio stops, beginning at the line input through the input selection Fet's and on..

Yeah I will, just weird that it doesn't act up in the jig.

Perhaps a gravity issue? Try putting the module vertical while on the test jig. I like using the tacky spongy shelf liner netting to help wrangle things on the bench. Great material.
I had an issue way back with something sent to me where it spec'ed great sitting on the bench, but when it went back it was intermittent. I saw that it was mounted vertically in the rack and then had to get it back and found a pot that was 100% when horizontal but intermittent when vertical. I now burn-in in two different positions to catch any tricksters.

Check the channel in a different slot, then swap cards on that channel to see where the problem is, it could be as simple as reseating the problem channel.
Then figuring out way that fixed it.
