Title: Send kick or click to side chain of overhead compressor

Can anyone walk me through sending the kick to the sidechain of my overhead compressor? I tried as per manual but couldn't hear the kick doing anything?

Kick was sent to 15&16 on matrix (these were overhead channels), compressor engaged in link mode, all working fine on source, ch in and mon in buttons both on. I thought monitor in being on as well as ch in made the compressor see the matrix input as the side chain source?

Do I need anything else activated on either my kick channel or oh's?

You need to hit the Ready Group buttons on 15-16

Ah fantastic, you don't know how long I was scratching my head last night trying to get it to work!!! :)
