Title: 4000G group faders total recall problem **SOLVED**

Hi Guys,

The group VCA faders don't want to stay on the group you assign them to in recall... meaning, If you you set them all to 8 (or other numbers) and do a snapshot, the recall will have them all kinds of random numbers...

Hi, the only way the computer can read the VCA Thumb Wheels is via the S14 50 way ribbon, from the VCA bus card to the computer.

Then, via the analog input card, to the Total Recall.

The VCA faders would also share this path into the recall, they respond as you would expect?

Looking at the drawings, I think it sees the switches via the LED and Switches daughter Card, if so, it could be that you have a bad IC.

(I've only been fooling with the computer for just a few months)

Edit: And.. it's not done that way!! Thinking it must interact with the 20 card.

Rebooted the SSL computer solved it.
