Hi guys,

Just wanted to let you know that after a 2 year long project I finally have my SSL 6048G+ commissioned and fully running! It sounds as good as it looks! :D

I am now officially part of the SSL family! :D

PS: the room is not fully ready!

Yes it is... the entire project took 2 years since I started planing it. The console was purchased in the end of last year and fully refurbished. It has been commissioned last week and all fully up to SSL specs.

4048 G++
Pink EQ
Ultimation
Patchable VCAs
PSU 611J (japanese version)

One of the quiet consoles ever! ;)

With all channels on the A bus,
A bus routed to the main out,

All faders closed:
-87dB referenced to 0 VU which is +4dB.

All fader at unity gain:
Line in, EQ , insert, Dynamics group in the chain;
-78 dB again to 0 VU (+4dB).

Not bad! ;) The team that worked on the console is the best! Great work!
