Title: 82e312a387 card on which to mount EQ switches

Hello, SSLMixed!  This is quickly becoming my favorite forum!

As we go through our 4064 G/G+, we need another small circuit board on which to mount the 3 EQ switches.  We think the part number is  82E312A387. 

We have all the switches that put the EQ into the monitor path, channel path, and sidechain, just not the board onto which they mount.  

Do you all have any thoughts where I could find one?

Have you tried usual places allemready, Funky Junk, Recyckled Audio?

Thanks, Paavo.  I am trying the usual places here in the US, but may need to check UK suppliers as well.
