Title: 82E13 VCA Card noise floor issue (solved)

My Thread troubleshooting an 013 VCA card with and extremely high noise floor went with the forum move, but the outcome for future reference:

Bob Stewart was spot on with his diagnosis, it was indeed a regulator gone noisy.  8)

I've had them fail before but never this, all voltages looked correct, so this was a new one for me, many thanks Bob! respect to your trainers  :)
