Title: 1.4V zener on 27 card

Hey Guys,
D13 on the 27 card is listed as a 1.4V zener diode. Does anyone have a source for these? The closest I could find is 1.8V at mouser.

If you cant find them use three ordinary diodes in series, that will get you in the ballpark.
