TR weirdness

Happy new year everybody! I moved my G+ into a new studio last year, and have some weird TR issues ever since:
7 channels don't seem to fully switch into TR mode, and the rail shows the fader bit value instead of the usual (around 800).
TR screen shows all pots on full on those channels.
The problem is definitely in the computer, all those channels work properly when I swap the ribbons around.
The pattern is also random: 1/18/26/32/47/54/56

I have spares for everything, and swapped all cards, including the keyboard. no bent pins either.
TR and the computer is the one thing were I'm completely lost. This is an Ultimation console, and everything was working properly before.

Does anybody have an idea what could cause this?

...and solved. I must've made a mistake when moving the ribbons around - it was the channels after all:
All of them had the 4081 gate blown on the VCA card, which totally explains what was going on.
Very strange but all working again.
