parting out SSL G+ Mix Computer
« on: May 02, 2013, 09:28:22 PM »
Hey guys,
I'm parting out a Solid State Logic G+ Mix Computer in beautiful condition. So if you are running one of those, here's your chance to stock up your spares department :-)

Here's a list of parts that I am selling, and you can of course also get the entire main frame with all cards. However the main-frame is quite heavy, so it will be easier to ship individual cards.

- SL691 G-Series Computer Mainframe
- CF655E Computer Power Supply
- SL694 G+ 3,5" Dual Floppy Disc Drive (1995) SOLD!
- SL694 8" Dual Floppy Disc Drive SOLD
- CF82E121 Bus Driver Card - All Systems
- 6082041EQR Analogue Input Card - G-Series Systems
- 6082042ELM Analogue Output Card - G-Series Systems
- 6082053EGH LEDs and Switches Mother Card - G-Series Systems
- 3x 622053E1 LEDs and Switches Daugther Card - G-Series Systems
- 622044E1   Keyboard / VDU Interface
- E46K283 SMPTE Decoder (Timecode Reader) (82E46 1676)
- 6082043EJK Tape Machine Interface (82E43K1188) SOLD
- 6082112EEF Video Distribution

I do NOT have a CPU and memory card.

If you have questions, let me know.

All bets on the Dramastic Platinum G Computer I guess  8)

Seriously, the quotes for a CPU-card started at € 3.000, and with an alternative around the corner I'd be stupid to invest in it at this point.

Great times for people who have a complete and running computer. I take that it will be easier to source spares next year.

what are you going to get instead?

Mattia.

If anybody in here wants to buy the whole thing as a package, let me know. We'll find a killer price. If not, it will go in parts as I have offers for a few parts already.

Cheers,
Marc

Most parts still available - I'm also open for trades.

Examples:
- blank meter bridge-panel with "G" or "G+" Logo
- Spare-Cards, e.g. 242 black or brown EQs, VCA Faders, Centre Section Cards
- G-Series Channel

Just let me know what you have. Happy to talk!
