Cue bleed

OK...

I'm a tech with 17 years experience of SSLs, and wondered if anyone had found a way of reducing the bleed between Cues on the 4K?
It seems that the majority of it occurs in the 31 card in the centre section.
If you patch from the Cue insert send directly to the amps, it's much, much better... But there's still a tiny bit there.

I've upgraded the Fets, but it doesn't change.
Just ordered NP caps to recap, so will see If that helps, but I don't see how it will from the schematic.
Edge connectors have been cleaned, but nothing seems to make the slightest difference

I've noticed that the Cue insert is fully balanced, whereas the actual Cue Send is Pseudo balanced... ie. the cold  is floated from the earth via a 10 Ohm resistor. So I could be barking up the wrong tree with the 31 card, and maybe should be looking again at the 32 card?

I'm sure I've come across this on most 4Ks, but under most conditions it's not really an issue; However the client is doing live recording setups, and the drummers click is bleeding into the wedge cue feed... Not ideal.

Any thoughts, or modifications to combat this would be most useful.

One technique I've used with consoles picking up buzz on the buses is to take an unused bus, feed it into a channel, flip the phase, and introduce it into the bus you are using. You can then find a cancellation point and null out the offending noise.
It won't solve the problem, but might give you a workaround. It would possibly indicate if the leakage is in the buses rather than the master section.
Also can you feed the click directly to the drummer rather than through the console? A submixer before the headphone amp?
