Hi all, I too have a 6000 with loads of little bugs in it however it has been mostly recapped. The important parts anyway.
It seems the service manual for a 6000 series is a mythical beast. I've not been able to find one, I didn't get one with my 6048E (I only have a 4000G+ manual that came with it), I've received zero response from messages to SSL and I'm having a few issues.
Does a manual for a 6000 exist?
Does anyone have any info on the CF82E55 meter distribution card? No mention of it in my 4000 manual and the schematic for the meter distribution card in the manual is very different to the E55 card. My CUE4 VU meter is not working among other things but I've proved the meter is ok by swapping connection with another meter. I'll be poking around on the card soon with an oscilloscope but it would be nice to have the schematic. I'd rather not have to remove the card and draw a schematic from it but it's looking like that will be the outcome.
