SSL 9000 Power Supply modules (Coutant-Lambda)
« on: April 24, 2016, 07:54:18 PM »
Assorted PSU modules removed from working console...

These things can be problematic, if you maintain a 9K you probably already know that!

Having them exchanged/rebuilt is the usual fix, and costs in the order of $1000 from SSL. A better plan is to have one on hand as a spare (particularly the most common analog voltages) so you're ready for any failures.

Let me know which one(s) you need; These were removed from a working console, so should be good to go, but I can also put you in touch with a rebuild service which is a fraction of the cost of buying rebuilt from SSL, however, their longer turnaround time would rule them out for emergency "I need it fixed immediately" situations... however, if you have a SPARE module, you can keep the console up with ZERo downtime, then send the faulty module off for rebuild, and STILL save a fortune compared to going through SSL.

US $450 per module plus shipping.
