VCA solo and cut issue

Heya all!

Just got my Tangerine system and want to make sure most bits are working as they should for automation sake etc.

Now; I found an issue with the VCA solo cut area.

Vca 6 does not cut or light up the cut button when another vca signal is solo’d.
The associated channels attached to 6 are not cutting either.
Vca 6 cut does light up and the attached channels to vca 6 do cut if I press vca 6 cut button tho.

Gurus?!
It’s a logic issue maybe?

You would appear to have an issue with VCA 6's Solo/Cut bus. Referring to the attached PDF, the Solo/Cut signal passes down the S17 ribbon, pin 14, O.K., as VCA's 5, 7,and 8 all work. I'd check the connections around the diode on the Solo switch. Does VCA 6's Solo light up when you press it?

Yes VCA 6 does work as intended on its own. It will light up cut or solo and will control the channels that have been selected via the wheels on the other channels, yet it will not allow it self to BE controlled by the other VCA solo buttons.
Meaning, if i solo another VCA, all other VCA's should cut. 6 Does not cut in this way.

And once again, the attachment got messed up. Here it is. The issue seems to be localized to the VCA 6 Solo switch. Note that if the Solo switch is not pressed, it's normally closed contacts pass the Solo Cut Bus signal to the Cut switch, which in turn in NC mode passes the Solo Cut Bus signal to all channels assigned to 6 and turns on the Cut lamp. You'll need to check continuity through these switches.

Awesome, Ill look in to it further. Ive played around there and I cant seem to find a fault right yet, Might have a tech come out at some point.
