ST1 & ST2 external sources not working **SOLVED**

hi guys ....i have a problem... today I put on my SSL 8000 GB and when I send signal to the stereo 1 (ST1), the left channel doesn't work, and  the left vu meter doesn't work too. When I push stereo 2 (ST2) and I send signal all works good but the left vu meter continue doesn't work. Someone can tell me which steps I can follow or where I should start??

Depends how these two Stereo Buses work on an 8k GB.

Are they two independent outs, or do they ultimately fold together to form a single stereo program out (this I doubt)?

Looking at a picture of an 8kGB channel, the routing is 1-2, ST1, OFF, and ST2.

What is the destination 1-2?

I'm thinking the ST1 and ST2 is the same as Quad LF RF LB RB, if that;s the case you should have pre and post VCA insert points.

You need to listen to the Pre VCA insert send, and check the signal is reaching this point.

Have a small cheap powered speaker with a bantam jack here for this kind of thing.

hi guys,

After I try to fixing it many times,  I discovered that the card LF that I believe its the number 13 inside of the central wasn't have a good connection. I clean all with isoprophylic alcohol and now all its fine.
I think that it is a consequence of transportation when I bought it...
