Possible changeover problems ?? **SOLVED**

6056. With two pSu and changeover.
I lose then routing matrix  when I get more than 5 buckets on. It doesn't seem to follow any particular buckets.  Just when there is more than 5 buckets on.
I have metered both power supplies at the center individually with 4 buckets on and they both read 18volts .
 With both power supplies on it reads 18 volts -   But as soon aas I get more then 5 on. The voltage drops below 18.  Into 17 volts. And at the same time I lose the routing matrix. It just no longer sends audio through it.
I'm beginning to believe the changeover isn't allowing the power supplies to split the duties of the load. 
Any ideas where to start. 
I'm about to pull the change over and look inside for any fried components.

All leds are on for all power rails on both psu's and the changeover

You will lose up to 2 volts through the change-over, the 661's need to be putting out
close to 20v to read 18V at the center section after the change-over and cables. N

When your voltage drops below 18v on your positive rail the 6.5v difference between
18v + and 12v logic is compromised and all sorts of weird stuff will start to happen.
I would start by measuring the voltage at the bicc connectors on the back of the 661's
and raise the voltage on both + and - 1 volt and make sure they are all as close together 
as possible, BE VERY CAREFUL TO ONLY TURN THE VOLTAGE TRIM POT. Then follow all
the psu calibration instructions in the manual. Do at your own risk, if you are qualified to do so.
You will need about 4 hour or more hours and some pain medication for your back. Remeasure
everything after 10 minutes for voltages to settle and repeat.

Sounds right thanx guys.   I've only worked with a single psu setup before now.   Balanced that unit with no issues
