QUAD Comp / CF 82E26 Card problem

Hello everyone,
I have a problem on the quad compressor of the center section.
Practically, the pointer of the meter it goes up, and does not pass any signal.
I found that the thing stops if I remove a particular CF82E26 card.
I tried to see if there was any problem on that card but I do not detect anything.
The card is fully ricapped.
I've attached the photo of the card.
Have you an idea where i can look for such a behavior?

Did the problem start when, before or after you re-capped it? Is it a 6K?

I don't know because the problem it's always been there since I bought the console 4 years ago.
It's a 4064 E/G.

you're just going to have to get in there and trace out the signal. where does it disappear is going to be a big clue in what is going on.

does the meter do anything with any of the controls, or is it always at mid point?

And/or check for conductive wire insulation.
