Buttons that wont light up anymore

HI,

Been a while.

Just wondering, What would be preventing buttons from lighting up? Meaning I have replaced the bulb with a known good bulb, but i do not get lighting in certain buttons. Move bulb to another location and bulb works. So its not bulbs.

I have about 4 buttons that do not light up. Can the button go dead? Or would it be another issue.

One cut on the VCA fader positions. One Cue1 button, both External input DISK buttons funny enough,

Hey Marcone-

I've come across a similar issue just yesterday, which I should get sorted out today.  My "Cut" switch for the large fader does not illuminate when I press it, but when I solo other channels, it DOES. 

My console is an E series, so when you "Cut" it actually defeats the line input to the channel, sometimes this scares me cause I think the channel is dead when I don't see the line input LED haha.

That said, I'm pretty sure the problem is some sort of logic problem coming from the "Cut" switch and telling the bulb/LED to illuminate, but I'm not as good as Bruce, so don't quote me... I just got some logic switches in yesterday so I will be probing.   

If anyone else has input, love to hear it!
