A little update to this.
Found main "problem" why fader behaviour was a little odd. +5V at faders psu drop out time wasn't sufficient so it didn't reset logic chips, morely vice versa happend and logics was all over place. Reseting faders manually by turning PSU off for 20 seconds solved everything.
