To my knowledge, there are at least three versions of the routing switches.
One that has cards that were soldered in to the channel PCB with right angle headers. These had switches that had a same footprint as the ALPS SPUJ series, but were positioned closer to the face plate, as they had flat top caps on them.
The next were the dialstat/isostats, which had a different switch foot print, and a more soft / flexible cap. They were removable with the EDAC style pins. I thought the newer caps could fit these.
The last (and latest) was the cards with ALPS SPUJ switches, and the rounded caps which Recycled sell.
For mine, I completely rebuilt the cards with new PCBs and installed ALPS switches to all, but need to replace a lot of the caps with the new ones from Recycled. This seemed to be the easiest way to make them all standard.
