Does "2 mono modules fitted with dual line inputs and 02 “brown” E series EQ's" means that I have no MICs preamps on that channel strips?

That is correct.

If you have two Line Gain pots with white knob caps, and no red cap Mic Gain pot, then you have a dual line input version module.
