'SETUP' followed by Execute. When you get the prompt asking "Do you want to see more?" press M. This will take you into the maintenance pages. Now press C for console options, and then C for configuration. Make sure you are set to "CUSTOM CONFIGURATION" and CUSTOM BARCHART" and then press END once. Now press 'O' for objects and you should see a vertical list of objects, ie MASTER FADER, VCA's, GROUPS, etc. Curser down to "FADERS" and press 'RUB'. This should set the number to zero, and all the LED's on the faders should go out (not on the VCA groups though). Now press the fader switch on fader 1, and the LED's should light, the computer should beep, and your fader count should go to 1. Carry on down the console in order, and this will re-assign your channel numbers on the console to the computer. If you miss one, or make a mistake, just press 'RUB' again and start over. Once you have done this, press END - warning, the computer sometimes takes a moment to sort this out, so don't worry if nothing happens for a short while after you press END.
Now in theory, you should be able to just keep hitting END until you are out of the maintenance page, and I usually then type in 'BEGIN' and 'EXECUTE' to do a soft reboot. Go into the test menu or just start a new mix to see if your faders are working correctly. It is possible that we might need to do a new barchart as well to make everything show up correctly, but hopefully this will carry over and be OK.
