This is something that can possibly be hacked from a NOS TEAC HF235 drive. I hacked one about 12 years ago while trying to replace AKAI sampler drives. I started to go the next step to the SSL replacement drive and got pulled away to other squeaky wheels. I think the SSL was SD as opposed to the AKAI which was DD, they were both 720, and they both had to have the ribbon reverse connected.
Originally there were jumpers that configured the type of drive. This was changed 16 or so years to 0 ohm SMD resistors. It was a matter of changing the resistors for the proper drive spec.
