Has anybody ever used these 4PDT switches?

This looks like a good replacement for a lot of stuff on my 4000 E 611 cards.  All of the measurements are there except for the longer button cap lock:

Do you think that I'd be better off just dipping the cards in an ultrasonic bath than replacing a few here and there?  At $75 for a hundred, it's tempting.

Why don't you buy a few, and take one apart.  I would want to find the Schadow f-series guts in there in a perfect world- a burnished slider with an actual spring keeping the tension.  I like the price, and they look sexy, but it's about whats inside, you know.

If they look good quality, then go straight to replacement.  Ultrasonic has to be re-visited yearly.

I think that the Alps 4 pole is a better choice.

Ultrasonic bath may or may not be the best choice, because sometimes switches will get damaged on the contacts and the bath won't cure that.

Are you talking about these switches?  If I measured correctly, it looks like the button is going to sit a little bit further out from the face panel.

Are there any other options?  I would like to find the originals or at least an equivalent replacement.
