Mini 4K G+ with Ultimation faders. No solo.

The solo's are not cutting the other channels, It seems they should work fine without the computer .
I know groups won't work without a computer on a Ultimation desk, but I don't need groups
for this little guy. My next try is to see if it might have been equipped with a solo defeat switch.
After I get done cnc'ing the panels I will have it back together for more testing/work. I thought
I would throw this out there in the meantime.

It seems the solo defeat has to be tied to ground, perhaps all unused logic functions fed from the center section ribbons should be tied to ground to prevent any stray mojo?

Hi Norman,

What I can say is that Solo works in a similar way to VCA consoles. The Solo logic cuts all the other faders through the back-end channel logic and the computer only detects the cuts. That's the way the computer has to detect a channel has been soloed.

Could you be having any logic funkyness?
